Welcome to BookLinks. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

The reward book offer is available only to new users completing their first registration. Each user is eligible for only one reward book, regardless of multiple registrations.
BookLinks reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue the reward book program at any time without prior notice.
Registered users may purchase additional books beyond their reward book. All purchases are subject to availability and pricing as displayed on the Service.
When you purchase a book through BookLinks, you acquire a license to access and use that digital content for personal, non-commercial use.
BookLinks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use.

A one-time registration fee is required to access the BookLinks reward system and platform features. This fee is non-refundable.
All prices for books are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. BookLinks may offer promotional pricing or discounts at its discretion.
We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Users may have the opportunity to submit reviews, comments, or other content. By submitting content, you grant BookLinks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, please contact our support team.

BookLinks does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BOOKLINKS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
